It's easy to get excited and add in loads of goals and habits to work on.
The ExcellGrowth app allows you up to 10 active goals and 10 active habits if you really want (although we recommend 5 or less for each).
But how do you know if you have too many, and what do you do if you have?
You potentially have too many if:
You're don't have time to make progress
There's a dependency and you're stuck
You don't know how to make progress
If this happens, consider moving some items into pending (especially where there are dependencies).
Also, if some goals and habits are pretty close to complete or embedded, why not give them one last push and get them to complete so you can archive them?
If you don't know what to do, consider getting some coaching advice. If you know someone who may be able to help, consider asking them. Or consider having an exploratory discussion with us.
It's much better to have a small set of active goals and habits you can really engage with, and see progress happening.
Less really can be more!
